To delete data from your account

  1. Navigate to the view where you can see the item which you want to delete
  2. In list views that support the swipe gesture
    1. Swipe the item to the right
    2. Select Delete option
  3. In other views
    1. Select the item to open it's view
    2. Hit the Delete button/icon (looks like a trash can)
  4. The item will be marked for deletion
  5. It will be purged permanently after 30 days

To request deletion of your account from within the app

  1. Navigate to the Account Membership view in Settings menu
  2. Select Request account deletion
  3. The app will send a request for account deletion and present a confirmation
  4. Your account is now marked for deletion
  5. The account and all data associated with it will be purged permanently after 30 days

To request deletion of your account from the website

  1. Visit the User Support page of our website
  2. Navigate to the Request for Support section
  3. In the support request form,
    • Select 'Request account deletion' in the request type field
    • Type in your account user name in the Your Email Address field
  4. Hit the Submit button
  5. The form will send a request to us for account deletion
  6. We will email you asking for a confirmation that you want to delete your account
    • Respond to that email with the text: 'Yes, I confirm'.
    • We will only proceed when we receive this confirmation from that email address as the verified sender
  7. We will mark your account for deletion
  8. The account and all data associated with it will be purged permanently after 30 days
